Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Submission

If you wish to submit the non-resident Spanish tax form from our Service ("Submission"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your condition of non-resident including, without limitation, your full name, Spanish ID number (NIE), home address, birth city, birth date, address information of your Spanish properties and cadastral information of your Spanish properties.

Also, you will provide information of your credit card for making the payment, but this won’t be stored neither pass through our Service as you will provide it directly to the bank.

With the payment you are doing at the end of the Submission you are paying the tax to the Spanish Tax Office and the use of our Service. When submitting the payment, you accept to know that the final submission of the tax form to the Spanish Tax Office will be done inside the next 72 working hours. Any errors we may detect on your submission will be notified to you via email and will be sorted out for retrying the final submission.

Once the final submission has been done, you will receive via email a PDF with the official document of the Spanish Tax Office. Once this is done, the payment done won’t be returnable.

Shipping

As there are not physical objects, there are not shippings involved on these operations.

Returns

As the service is the submission of a tax to the Spanish Tax Office, returns are not accepted.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content

Our Service allows you to submit the non-resident Spanish tax form ("Content"). You are responsible for the information you provide is real and has no errors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BCP International Law Firm.

BCP International Law Firm has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BCP International Law Firm shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
